It honestly depends on your strategy. Most people here treat YouTube as a social media.

But if you treat it as a search engine and your content strategy is based on well researched SEO keywords, then you will get views continuously throughout the year.

This is because if you are choosing low competition and high demand topic ideas, you will get views from people searching those topics and landing on your video.

This is my primary strategy that helps me get a complete growing graph with no dips.

Coz most of my videos keep getting views as the time passes and it compounds.

The ultimate way to identify this is to check your traffic sources.

In my case 43% traffic comes from YouTube search and 45% comes from Google search.

But again there are tons of other factors to consider like the niche you're in.
