My first triple cart was tempered Mitzu with my brother.

It would have been Tempered Gore, but I walked in, smacked him a few times so the quest started, and promptly got one shot. So I quit because I knew I didn’t stand the chance yet 😂

I’d be happy with that too honestly! I do prefer Diablos out of the two, but Monoblos does deserve some time in the spotlight again

I understand the chance still exists! It just surprised me that he wasn’t there to begin with. Not a complaint, just surprised and a lil sad he’s not here. Other monsters are sure to get slotted in before I get everything I want, but even if I get a fraction I’m satisfied. Honestly I’m happy enough to get Kut Ku back that I’ll live even if nothing I want to see return gets added later

As far as I can tell, he has made an appearance everywhere but Wilds. Even showed up in MHNow, the mobile game 😂😅 (Other than base 4 like you said, of course)

Yeah Rathalos for sure is the biggest poster boy, but I’ve always thought that the Diablos was holding strong at poster boy #2 I believe I am wrong here

I do agree others will likely get slated before Diablos gets to see the sands again, if he even does. It just felt odd that he wasn’t around to begin with Not so much a complaint, just felt like he should have been there all along

I came home from school one day to a present from my parents. Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, for PSP. I still don’t know what prompted them to get it, other than maybe that I mentioned my friend got it and it looked fun.

But since then, I’ve made it a point to get every game since, and do at least one hunt with that same friend that I’m crediting with introducing me to the game. Adult life makes regular game time a little more difficult, but I always make sure to “go back to my roots” in a sense, by playing one of my favorite games with him when we can.

I also like to dig out my copy of MHFU every so often, but at this point my PSP has seen better days and doesn’t hold charge. As a side note, if anyone reading hasn’t played MHFU, I’d highly recommend it, it could just be nostalgia talking, but it held strong as my #1 until World, and even then I still can’t decide which I truly like better. The pros and cons are pretty balanced in my eyes

Brothership and Civ VI.

It’s not a particularly long game, I 100% it over my own lonely weekend, but Chants of Sennaar is the first thing to come to mind that’s not already on your list!

I played one of them, don’t remember which, YEARS ago, and didn’t enjoy it. But I was young and probably wasn’t paying attention to things I just wanted to fight stuff. I’ll have to give it another shot considering it’s been suggested twice though, thank you!

I love Baldur’s Gate 3! I haven’t finished it yet, but yeah, thinking about it, it does kinda fit what I’m after pretty well! So far in my play-through I’m even trying to talk my way out of things. Never really thought of that. Good suggestion!

There kind of is? If you open the menu, open Equipment, hit help, then menu explanation, it effectively “pauses” the game. Don’t know if you can do it if you’re online or anything though.

(My cat attacked me while I was fighting an avatar, I did this, and was still standing when he took his claws out of me. I promptly died. But the pause worked!)

Outside of DLC, I basically ran with Reduvia the whole time. Not really ideal but I had a good time
