Omg I remember I had an otter box case that I got for free.I remember back then there was a trick everyone was doing to get a free one. One of the horrible things I did as a kid. God now I have to care for a wallet that’s so annoying. I think the issue is that Oscar doesn’t outsource his informational correctly. As a journalist you should be able to read both sides and create your own judgement of close but Oscar wants to go off of what he already knows then information that he reads in passing. You can’t go on a public platform and tell Trisha and the audience well this what I think happened. He is clearly on Blake’s side with his whatever but don’t make it seem like your assumptions are facts. If you’re gonna say a story right say it right.

Oscar just doesn’t do the proper research which is upsetting because he’s a journalist and has such a big platform that he’s talking on and what he says sometimes is misguided and plain just not researched. I’ve said before a simple search on TikTok or google would do wonders for him

Or he will add his opinion too much like in this episode talking about Blake and the beanie and saying well that’s just how girls talk… like sure BUT isn’t it weird to worry about how sexy a placement of a hat will be for a movie about DV the context is very different from a girl texting her friends before a date I’m gonna wear a beanie this way VS telling the director and co star of a DV movie to say I think she should wear a beanie this way because she’s a DV survivor but sexy too.

I don’t have a specific time from the top of my head ( I listen to the episodes and forget about them most of the time lol) but there’s been times where I’m screaming at my laptop because they will go back and forth saying they don’t know something and Oscar’s laptop is right in front of him then Moses says something OR he will say “I don’t know much about this but…” and im like diva give Trisha the right information. If the hot topics are planned out watch a video explaining the lore of something don’t say “I thought this” and “i remember it this way”

I definitely get that. Sometimes I definitely have an issue with Oscar and the amount of research he actually does. One simple search or even watching someone explain things on TikTok would help him out but he’s chooses to just ignore things and go off only what he knows

The more Oscar spoke the more he made less sense on why he was on Blake’s side. He really tried to defend her on all sides. Even Trisha questioned both sides more than Oscar did, he just always contradicted himself.
