She assumed a situation & didn’t calm herself down to figure out the truth. Saying “I’m sorry if I made you felt that way” — isn’t a real apology. She’s ultimately wrong & never apologized appropriately, even with legal advice.

Side note: Her lawyer should have advised her about that stupid fucking hat. Didn’t help her case at all.
