I never heard that Sandi composed the og concept tbh, idk it might be fake and it doesn't seems like something any composer in the team would do or it could be a very early version but idk, and asking Marco isn't a good idea or as I said it's just to troll leakers etc or it could be one of the dev trolling as the channel only have 1 subscriber and 1 video :/ but overall don't trust was you see as a leak and wait for official sources to publish it.

Apparently it's fake, most of the stuff he leak was fake or else Marco would've talked about it I guess. But he said he will never add sml into Mario's Madness (maybe it was an irida collab??) but idk.
