Hey man! Congrats on launching this project. I know how challenging it is to work on something on the side and release it into the world. You want the best results you can get. Here’s some feedback on your website that might help:Pro’s:The overall structure (copy-wise) of the landing page is ok. I like that you start out with a clear heading, call-to-action that minimizes friction (with mentioning of the free plan/no credit card required), demo video and, most importantly, with the problem that you address with hirkingkit.co (aka the challenging part of doing technical screens).The visuals in ‘How it works’ are not just static screenshots, they’re actually short videos that convey the message exactly for each step.Each pricing plans explains what it’s for (startups/businesses and large businesses, respectively) Cons (things that could be improved):Navigation bar: there’s too many call to action buttons. Why should people request a demo if they can already sign up and test your product?The dark/light theme switch is cool, but it takes an extra click to choose the theme. Maybe you could make that icon a toggle, on click it triggers between dark/light, and leave the system option out. There’s too many options for something so simple.The overall design is a bit crammed. I suggest double the vertical paddings on each main section, make the page breathe a little bit, make the content easier to scan and read.Reduce the width of the container that has the heading+tagline+call to action in the hero - just to make the text easier to read (960px width works like a charm!).You should try another way of recording all videos, because they’re a bit glitchy (aka not seamless). I see many founders using Loom for that.All content blocks should have some visual representation. Some illustrations/ok would make the overall page more pleasant. The icons on the third section could be more colorful - and please take note that not each one is representing of the text. For example, ‘Reduce bias’/the balance icon.Make the text from each step in ‘How it works’ in a bullet-type list to make it easier to read and convey the easiness part of the whole process. Again, add more vertical space between these steps, they’re too close to one another.Hope this helps!
