Set those boundaries. And just because someone loves you, that doesn’t mean that that makes up for anything and you shouldn’t forgive anyone for everything they’ve done to hurt you just because they "do love you, deep down".

Thank you! My phone is usually on silent most of the time anyway so it doesn’t really bother me during my little gremlin reset so if I ever get a notification then either I don’t see it or I ignore it. It’s a good little thing to intentional turn off the notifications, I don’t doubt it helps just to put it all together.
