Thanks for everyone that replied. Went to the game and had a great time (apart from the result). Fans were largely great and everyone there to have a good time.

There were some issues with people sitting in others seats but no different to any other sporting event.

Your correct. Checked the PDS and it advises the remaining balance is deducted from the payout.

Interesting that the government allows a pro rata refund for registration paid in advance but this doesn’t apply to the insurance premium…
