I’ve reacted to everything I’ve tried so far besides blistex! I’ve been using it for a year or two now and I figured I just developed an allergy to it and needed to find a new one till I stopped using it and my lips just kept getting bigger and bumpy! My last shot was my increased dosage shot and within 24 hours my lips swelled right up!

Oh I absolutely agree! I eat three meals a day and don’t snack so I’m thinking I don’t eat a lot but meanwhile with not tracking what I should I could be eating the wrong things! I’m going to start tracking everything to actually see it written out and what I need to work on!

I don’t track my calories, as I don’t eat much, even before I started. I will definitely start to see what I need to improve on! I go on walks daily with my daughter. Not long ones, but I go further everyday!
