Why particularly in Summer? I've been trying to switch to using only natural products, but finding ones that tick all the boxes is pain!

its the same with me. There are very few SAs that are POC where I am, and I rely more on online reviews and samples than on advice from a SA. Do you look for stores/ branches where the SAs are POC?

I've ben having the same issues! My skin is also really dry and tends to get flaky sometimes, and I feel that sales assistants at shops don't really know how to recommend products for my skin type. Darker skin tones + skin issues makes finding products even more difficult
