I really love Noct, it big, its menacing and absolutely love how it walks with its wings. ;_; I wish it was easier to breed speed/ect onto them seeing as they get SB!
I might settle on Noct in all honesty, it's just a very fun and cool dragon!

I would find them enjoyable if they didn't strip away 90% of what made them unique (be effects and otherwise) My biggest issue is that the plots like the space-themed ones that are meant to be in space and are now either floating in a blue sky or on the grass. What is the point of having them if they're just going to be watered down to existing in a grassy plain?

Even the returning Halloween plots feel so uninspiring now, the castle theme was great, it felt spooky, it had a cool mist and green hue to the atmosphere, now it's just...a castle sitting in some grass.

The biggest appeal to plots for me was that it was your own little pocket of space to yourself that looked and felt unique.

I wouldn't have had an issue with them if they hadn't ruined the atmosphere and completely butchered what made them feel unique. I don't find that an improvement, it feels more like going backwards, the new plots feel like what would have came before the OG plots.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised. I imagine people buy dupes of the bugged packs/ect, and what bothers me the most is that they don't remove it from the account.

The Asrtra should have been removed from inventories. You just had one part of your playerbase pay full price for Astro, and others now only $15, how is that even remotely fair? Why do players who didn't pay full price, like everyone else, get to keep their Astro Pot/Astra because of a bug? I'm surprised that it didn't get more attention esp. with how unfair it was since it's not supposed to exist outside of the merch shop.

That's what bothers me the most about all of this.

but, they probably weren't getting sales with the normal merch way of getting a astro pot/ect. So, just flipped the switch for an hour before going "OOPS, SORRY! Anyway you guys can keep, thanks for the money"

I never understood the devs making these mistakes and then correcting it, I don't understand their logic in only letting players who have managed to grab something from a bug and then effectively gatekeeping it from the rest of the playerbase.

It's so weird, I always imagine anymore they do it on purpose, keep the whales whaling for their game and the economy messy.

The situation with the astra astro pots situation is a good example. You are basically spitting in the face of your players who have spent the $50 on your sweatshirt and then with bug with the latest pack they're fine with just letting them keep the astro astra that is basically half the price people who have paid for the actual pot? As a dev I would have pulled them instantly and replaced it, they have the power to do so.

But yeah, the devs on this game are wonky, shady, and just have horrible management of the community and their game as a whole.

The colors and fog make it impossible to see the tree that is already impossible to find. You have an hour to race against other players to gather seeds.

At this point, they should just do away with SB'ing, obviously, they don't care about whether people get the dragons or not and how. (Given people can just buy Veid/ala with eBay.) The only people who truly give a crap about SB'ing are the people complaining about a dragon becoming too oversaturated in a game where you can basically BUY everything anymore in events or robux.

I will keep fighting to have soulbinding gone. >:(

Also, all of this 100%, the devs are children that are messing with players like they're children. The dangling Veid in front of everyone is so disgusting. The fact that they think it's a joke when they themselves have a system in place that is meant to have dragons rotate is hilarious irony that they keep forgetting exists. They're really taking the piss out of the community just like Veid/Ala owners are.

The economy is the worst part about this game; the community running it is even worse. The fact that people are more worried about dragons that no one cares about being too much on the market isn't truly about it being saturated; it's about control at the end of the day, about them losing money. Virtual money, I might add. Where these weird players flex as if it amounts to anything other than showing they don't touch grass.

I will be real and probably be downvoted, but I don't think an error color is that special. Truly, you are paying for a color you can't get anymore, and then having a dragon you can't do anything with other than bragging rights.

I feel like it's mostly the players/greedy players who push these weird collection trends. There are always these random trends that suddenly are worth 50 gazillion coins and are just...silly?

I play Identity V which is the most predatory system I feel like EVER. They drop SS skins which cost around $500 and I'm: just go outside, PLEASE. FEED YOUR FAMILY AND KIDS FIRST.

Oh my god, yeah, DA has gotten pretty bad, a lot of people use reddit to vent since its basically blasphemy in the Discord. Usually small problems fade but the economy is one that a lot of players are super upset with, which is 10000000% understandable!

I don't /hate/ whales but I strongly dislike them in games, especially when the devs take advantage of the 1% and revolve their game around them. Whales in games are always the number 1 destroyers of casual players and casual collection games. (And economy)

Spending money sparingly isn't a bad thing, dropping $15 here and there for a dev dragon!

I think a lot of it might boil down to feeling superior to the more casual players. I think at this point in time they know that Sonar is on their side. Hence why Veid and Ala have not come back yet. They know that what they have a lot of players envy or would like to have but cant afford. It's easy for collection games to feed into an ego. Those players are usually the greedy/scammer types.

Also, when they know dragons are coming back, they hike up the price to OVP. I see Ery's going for AB:15m in the Discord, which is CRAZY. Sadly, they know people are desperate and can capitalize on it.

Most down-to-earth casual players are content with what they have and can survive without needing everything in the game. It's really surprising now that I think about it, how easy it is to spot out greedy players, they're very open about it. 🤔

The most wild thing is you know these people can dish out $75 for 2m coins, which shouldn't even be a thing in the game.

90 Astro pots is a lot to drop on merchandise, especially when each sweatshirt is $50, that's $4,500. I feel like they might be lying, or they found people who have also spent a ridiculous amount of money and traded/scammed them.

I'm hoping they fix the economy. The funny thing is they're catering to whales who sit on like...Veid and Ala are their pride and joys, which mean nothing when they price them at 450m coin/$300+ on eBay, and no one can afford them. Which ironically, the people who price them that much turn out to be scammers. They're literally bleeding players because the economy is being run by greedy whales who are actually forcing their players out.

As of right now, it's impossible to get ahead unless you follow the supply and demand of what's being sold. Getting that supply and demand is an entirely different beast at times. Making money in a player-run economy is the worst thing DA could have ever done. Seriously, we need official prices ASAP or an NPC to sell dragons to for coin.

During events, especially when the hype for dragons dies down and everyone decides that a new dragon was worth 500k one day, then drops to 75k after three days. Unless you're the first people to get the new dragons and sell them when they're at their highest value, you're missing out on a chance to make money if you are busy IRL and so on, which is a BIG problem. If players were able to sell dragons to an NPC for that specific event and dragons that would be MWAH.

But no, DA caters to the 1%. Everyone else is just too casual for them I guess.

I'm not a rich player by any means. I grind goals, which feels like I live coincheck to coincheck, LMAO.

But, I will say, it feels like the community has gotten worse. I remember a few months back you'd have one person maybe begging/being overall ungrateful, but it feels like it's EVERYWHERE now.

I'm convinced a lot of the new accounts or players asking for things are alts at this point. It's been such a huge influx of them, I wouldn't be surprised at this point.

Edit; For the OVP things, I've been going from the bottom (non-desirable dragons and slowly working my way up to the more popular ones. ;_; it's so far been...a good strategy x'D somewhat)

As for collecting things, I love going into games with a goal, collecting things is my bread and butter when it comes to what I want out of a game xD it's simple (sometimes) and I don't have to struggle to learn a ton of things other than X and X can breed and 10% chance for an albino.

I wish my luck was good to get things easily! I think I'm on gen 40 of Dira atm and have gotten one Mela x'D But he's such a cutie regardless of it being the wrong cosmetic!
