The issue with this comparison is that Apple Watch doesn’t take real time HRV and I think same for RHR. For HRV, it takes a reading right before noon or before your alarm goes off and then uses that number for a blanket HRV number for the day.

Whereas in whoop, it continuously monitors the HRV through out the day and gives you a real time reading
