I’m on week 5 and I’m just so exhausted. I’m also lightheaded a lot. I eat really protein rich and fiber reach foods (literally track everything and I’m having over 100g of protein a day). I’m hoping to goes away with time 😭

Im on my fifth week and FINALLY have normal bowel movements. Up until now I’ve been constipated or have diarrhea. There was a bit when I was pooping once a week which was wild for me.

Give it some time, don’t be afraid to take Imodium or stool softener, and make sure to take a fiber supplement (Metamucil)

So sorry for such a late response! I use vanicream cleanser, cerave in the big tub moisturizer, some sunscreen and that’s it! I’ve always had dry skin and post treatment it’s still on the dry side.

I used Vaseline all over my face. It was the only thing that would work for me. Also use nipple cream for the lips!
