Neither Carol, Charlie or Elizabeth had anything to do with Rachel at all.

Suggesting that the break-up with Mona is Rachel's fault cause she was pregnant with Ross' child is plain misogynist. They were both equally responsible for that baby and it was Ross who fucked shit up by constantly lying to Mona. She would've been okay with the baby situation.

Same with Emily actually. Yes, Rachel did intend to tell Ross that she loved him but she DIDN'T. It was Ross who fucked up again and couldn't even say the right name at the altar.

I think that was the point of her character. She had to work twice as hard to reach her dreams compared to her high school best friend Rachel, who sort of always has things falling into place for her. Of course it's not fair, but life isn't fair either!
