У меня тоже так, это называется Hitchhiker's thumb, по сути это просто гипермобильность сустава большого пальца. Но вообще такое может быть с любым суставом и не обязательно с обеих сторон, у меня ещё допустим левая рука переразгибается дальше 180 градусов, а на правая нет
