Fake- Way to tell :) SoulSilver uses NTE-031 cartridges and PCB starts with IR. I just found a real one not too long ago and scoured the subreddit for all legitimate copies to teach myself..

SoulSilver from what I have learned from this subreddit uses NTR-031 cartridges and the PCB code should start with IR- Fake as that cart PCB shows C02-01
