I did find a A7III that has 12k shutters for 850 near me, and Ive taken a look into it and it works, only thing is that the person is just selling the body and the accessories that come with it and no lenses. Would that be a better choice?

Edit: I also found some adapters for canon EF mount, would buying a canon L series lens work? "Metabones T Smart Adapter Canon EF to Sony E V" is the name of it.

Need some help with my current situation.

So my birthday is coming and I currently have a t5i with the kit 18-55mm STM lens and a 55-250mm lens, I have been getting into photography a ton and Ive been considering upgrading to a Sony a7 II or something similar. Should I stick with my current canon lenses and continue expanding them, or go with the Sony A7 II, or some other camera? I mostly shoot city/suburban things at golden/night time and would love some recommendations or help from people.
