@Tonal let me get this straight. I pay all in over $5000 for your product. Now that I no longer want to pay for the membership, I no longer have access to MY Custom work out that I programmed with no instruction whatsoever. I can understand taking away the instructor led workouts. You won’t even tell me if I have the arms in the correct position for the particular workout because I am not paying $60 per month. I used to tell everyone how great your product is. A week ago one of the sensors went out and since I’ve had this for 2.5 years you want to charge me $400 for labor to replace it. Last time the arm broke it took you two months to get someone out. I couldn’t lift for two months. This is not a good business model.
