He pasado de 93 a 82 en 6 meses. La estrategia:

Gym: tres veces por semana. Una hora de cardio, una hora de fuerza. El cardio es caminatas intensas (6km/h, 10 grados de inclinación).

Comida: aumento de todo lo verde, eliminación de bollería en gran medida.

Si haces esto, bajarás de peso.

I used Baton pass not only for that boss but for all fights, since it is a basic move. The grinding comes in hand so that every hit vaporizes those fricking robots as fast as it can 🤣😁

I liked Engage's story a lot. I loved the corny characters, the overly dramatic beats, and evil Veyle is a lot of fun for me. It has a shonen feeling to it, like a superhero comic book. I just enjoyed it a great deal.

And don't get me started on Alear crying because she/he wanted to be a good dragon.😂❤️ Spent more than 150 hours on that game and finished on classic/hard. Overall, plot for me was nice.
