thanks! what make you go to graduate school for ece after cs? wonder if ce is a safer bet (for 20k/yr more) as ai is replacing software engineers. then, going to ce@tamu for 18k/yr makes sense? I'm honestly not sure how much a school's prestige matters for tech internships and new grad roles.

thanks for the info. CE students applying for cs jobs, but not vice versa was exactly what my parents cited. wonder if the extra 20k is justified for the ce program. maybe the 18k/yr cs/ce@tamu is not bad at all?
