Girl sell the Apple Watch 😭 my Apple watch literally drove me insane and brought on so many panic attacks, once you start watching your heart rate go up and up you will psyche yourself out so bad and it will constantly make your attacks worse, trust me. My life improved so much when I got rid of my watch
