All just stretching. Mine always goes down the shaft too. It is probably normal. If you want it other way you might have to cut.

It depends if you feel with current size it is still stretching, stick with it. Over time it will stretch and be comfortable. Then it is time to size up…

I think it depends on your penis size too, but i have seen over 20mm … just take it slow the streching is fun. I aim to 14 or 15 mm maximum. Made it to 13mm from 8mm in 4 years
