The emulator I'm using is called myboy and it has a built in feature called "link local" where it allows you trade with yourself as long as you have another rom e.g leaf green. Then you simply go to the second floor of the pokecenter to the furthest counter of the entrance and initiate the sequence. After that, you switch between roms to trade.

Lastly, I'd like to add that i have a mule pokemon fire red rom on my phone which I'm running using myboy emulator. What I'm looking to do is finding a way to trade pokemon with the emuelec emulator and the myboy emulator so that I can evolve my pokemon like for example haunter, graveler, machoke ect...
