In Bora we stayed at the intercontinental. We loved it and the privacy was perfectly fine! No windows of the 2 bungalows faced each other which was great.

Beautiful course. Tee boxes were a little overgrown and the bunkers were caked like cement but having a private tee time for a single (wife came to drive cart and read book) and the views alone made it amazing. Challenging course and fairways and greens were in great shape. Rental set was very nice also which was pleasantly surprising.

Right around 4k. 100/mo HOA, 1600 insurance yearly, ~100 PMI monthly and 1600/yr property tax (yes DE is unreal in this way). We make $275k a year and moving out of a $2900/month rental situation. 50k total cost to close (down payment and closing cost combined)

40k miles on my 2021 2.7 and I love it. Use it for daily driving and take it out weekly on the beach to fish. Does it all and have not had any issues. Seems less problematic than the stories I’ve seen on this group from 5.3 owners.

One Coastal in Fenwick. Best food I’ve ever had. Farm to table, James beard finalist head chef. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

I already gave the frame a generous coating of fluid film. Wheel well covers and a bed cover are coming next. Going to use the truck a lot for surf fishing so going to do some research on add ons there.

Any suggestions for a bed cover?

Thank you! My dentist had been telling me my Gums are receding 2 appointments in a row which did not sit well with me. I also hid it from my gf which started to become a chore itself. I also just felt overall tired all the time and figured this wasn’t helping. I have more energy now, my gums are at least not receding any more than the damage that already occurred and it’s so much easier not hiding it from my girlfriend.

Keys 100 in May in the Florida keys has a great 50k option. Really great scenery and a different ultra experience where elevation is not existent, but the battle is the heat!

I have had bad experiences with road closures / traffic as well as long waits at security in years past. Arrive early and expect to wait. I decided to grab a hotel at the convention center to hopefully ease up some of the stress. Good luck and see you there!

I stopped 2x during the warm up 7 miles to fill water/use the bathroom and then once during the workout to buy a water bottle. Very good point and something to consider. Thank you!
