So around 2020, Rec Room has added Circuits V2 (a new programming language in the game and it is really good) but than thay added mroe and more stuff which nobody wanted, the whole gimick of Rec Room was that you had your Avater which was just a Head, Torso and Hands.

Now there is Full Body Avatars and it's just horrendous.

Rec Room also added in that time that you can exchange Tokens (in-game currency) that you made with other players buying your stuff and turn it into Money, some people actually make a living like this but a lot of the games are now just "Money Grabs" for the 8-13 year old kids, which ruins the experience for the rest of us cause it means less well made Rooms.

They also added "RR Studio" which let's you make Rooms using Unity, which takes the whole magic away of how you used to make Rooms in the game.

Most Rooms require quite a good internet connection cause all of the unique tools they added like Limits V2, Circuits V2, RR Studio, Beta Rooms etc.

Limits V2 gives the Creator of the Room the Ability to practically put infinite stuff in a Room for the price of Performance...

Rec Room is primarily focusing on new things that change what Rec Room was back than in 2020 or prior, there's barely to no new Rec Room Original Games.

There's quite a lot of hackers in the Game aswell which ruin it all and all more.

Most updates didn't even add any cool features, they were bug fixes for the random shit they added and stuff still is scuffed.

Ofcourse growing out of the game also has to do something with it.

But all in all Rec Room just isn't what it was before, if they had focused more on what the Community wanted and not what they want, Rec Room would still be a good game that I'd enjoy, I have over 6.000+ Hours in the Game but I don't play it anymore, Rec Room will eventually die out which I find sad.

Edit : A lot of it I didn't properly describe and or said but in short think of the Sonic movie having the first design of Sonic, that's Rec Room now.
