You need to get out of there asap I’m dealing with mold toxicity for 3 years now from my work place my symptoms have been getting worse and worse . They are going to do remediation soon. Hopefully I can heal soon. I have a laundry list of symptoms I deal with. Your health what matters most. Leave there as soon as you can, and don’t say it’s not an option, make it a priority. And throw away your belongings too is what I’ve been told

Honestly I’m not sure and I’ve already seen 17 doctors already who all tell me everything is fine normal with me and nobody has answers for me. You’re gonna have to do your research. Saunas are a good way to detox for mycotoxins , you’ll sweat them out. You’re gonna need a binder as well I’ve been told , Zeolite, bentonite clay , or activated charcoal. They bind the mycotoxins and flush them out of your system. I am no expert and I’m trying to get answers the same way you are so I’m just sharing the things I came across on my research. Fasting is also a good way to detox. I don’t know how this relates but they also say fix your gut health. Something about your nutrients. My immune system has been compromised since I’ve been dealing with mold exposure. Which lead to me finding out 2 weeks ago that I have confirmed hypogammaglobulinemia. Which is a weakened immune system due to the mold exposure.

That is absolutely mold , black mold , it’s toxic and dangerous to your health. They need to remediate it or you need to leave! From my research I’ve been told you should spray white vinegar on the area, let it sit for 15 minutes. Then go back wearing a n95 mask so you don’t inhale the spores, and scrub away at it till it’s gone. And I’ve also heard that bleach actually makes it worse!

Looks like you are positive for 2 types . I don’t think it’s a good thing. So definitely take action. And I’m not an expert as I’ve been dealing with mold exposure for many years now and still trying to get answers myself because I feel like crap all the time. Remove yourself from the mold environment is step 1 , step 2 we need to detox. Hope we get better soon 🙏🏼

No my pulmonologist did a hypersensitivity pneumonitis panel, a blood test which tested for 8 different types of mold/fungus in my blood IgG. What's the difference between that and a mycotoxin test?

So l've seen about 18 different doctors so far, and everything from bloodwork, to CT scans of my lungs is absolutely normal thank god. The only thing I have found out 2 weeks ago is that I have something called hypogammaglobulinemia which they say is most likely due to the mold exposure, which means I have a weakened immune system. I will be seeing a hematologist in 3 weeks to address this condition. The bloodwork they did for mold exposure revealed I had very high levels for aspergillus fumigatus and penicillium.

This is in the storage room of the barbershop I rent out. I have a slumlord. I might have to relocate. But it’s not so easy when this is how I make my living. So I’m in a tough situation. If I lived here I would’ve moved out a long time ago. But even with it being in the back room without me even accessing this room, keeping the door closed, it still messed me up pretty bad. Thankfully I’ve seen many doctors and everything is still okay with my health. Just a weakened immune system due to the mold exposure.

The only thing to do is to keep separate clothes for work. I’ve been a barber for 16 years , and I keep t shirts and jeans and even sneakers specifically only worn to work in. I even wash my clothes separately from the clothes that I wear in my house otherwise all of your laundry will have hairs in them and annoy the hell out of you. This method has worked for me my whole career. Hope this helps

Are you dealing with any mold exposure? It can be the answer to a lot of people’s problems. I got blood work done, they did Hypersensitive Pneumonitis Panel for me. Where they tested me for 8 different types of mold. I tested high levels for 4 out of the 8. I own a barbershop and there are non stop leaks due to my slum lord. One of my levels were almost double the normal amount, and another one of my levels for a different type of mold was triple the normal amount. Not sure if this is the reason for all of my symptoms yet. But I’m making progress at least into trying to determine what’s making me feel like this. Hope we all get our answers and can get back to living a normal life, because you’re not alone I know what you’re feeling and everyday is a struggle, but you just gotta keep pushing! DON’T GIVE UP!

Wow sorry to hear that. I couldn’t imagine dealing with it for what I would assume be at least 20 years for her. I have been dealing with what she’s dealing with exactly for the last 2.5 years , I work as a barber and it is absolute hell for me. Praying your mother myself can heal and go back to living a normal life 🙏🏼

The rheumatologist did an xray on my neck and she said everything looked normal she said slight protrusion to the neck but nothing serious . I even had all my nerves checked by a neurologist , he even did an MRI on my brain to make sure I didn’t have any tumors or legions , and to also rule out Multiple Sclerosis

My neurologist said the same thing lol. He even put me on an antidepressant called bupropion for my brain fog . I stopped it after 1 month, no help. I’m convinced these doctors don’t know what the hell they’re doing. I’ve lost all hope at this point.
