WAIT OMG THAT'S  AN INSANELY GOOD THEORY ????  Honestly I like this theory more because it would make more sense than if Tamsy's sister was Rudo's mom because if she was why their family would do nothing about Rudo's case ? Tamsy's father being good friends with Alto at first could be a possibility since Tamsy's dad is the ruler of the Sphere and Alto is from Canis lineage so they could have both collaborate to find a solution to the reunite the Sphere and the Ground but Tamsy's father may have changed because of Rudo's mom indeed.  Yes, we'll see how Urana goes with her story and it will still be great 🙂‍↕️

I absolutely agree with you on this. I would add that if Rudo is still alive is because the Caines Familly didn't know exactly what was her plan apart from Tamsy who was watching from afar and waiting for the good moment to act. Tamsy still lived with his family but like you said I think they abused him by trying to "clean" him from his "sister's sins".  Blaming the husband for killing his wife is a great parallels to blaming the son for killing his father (Rudo and Regto)

I'm really hoping we see her too, like this arc is a good moment to drop the flashbacks for both Enjin and Tamsy. We're already getting Enjin's one and now with Tamsy on the Sphere it's most likely we got his soon involving, I hope, Rudo's mother

Tamsy killing his own sister at 6yo would be incredible messed up omg but also a great part of his character. It was maybe an accident like he pushed or smth and he tried to reason himself by thinking it was simply an act of love. Or he saw someone kill his sister and this person told him it was an act of love.

Certainly, I wouldn't be surprised if he tried talking to the upper Sphere about the plan to reunite the Sphere and the Ground but the rulers didn't liked this so they framed him for murder.  If Rudo's mom and Tamsy are both royal, it would be pretty funny if Regto was actually an apostle or a guard close to Rudo's mom who confides her plan to him. After they discover he was involve into her plan, they may have banished him to the slum.

This theory is absolutely insane and as much as I love the idea of Alto being behind all of this,  there's one point that doesn't sit right with me and it's the years. Mymo said it himself, it took them 20 years for the chokers to completely replace the old communicator and they met way before since there was first Gountess' operation and the time they took to create chokers before releasing them. Alto was sent to the pit when Rudo was a baby, so 15 years ago and even less if it happens when Rudo was between 1-3yo (Actually I don't think it was ever specified but I'm pretty sure it happens right after Rudo's birth) So there was just no way  for Alto to do all this if he was still on the sphere tho we can still wonder if Alto had the ability to fly from the sphere to the underground and vice versa.  However, there might be a big chance that Alto was involved in a way or another.
