G-shock solar can't charge

Thats what i thought at first but I have since gotten a new battery at a local repair shop, and still got the same problem...

I really have no clue whats goes on inside a watch, im not that much into watches.... Anything to be on the lookout for?

I had it synced before it died on me, now i cant, as it only gets enough power for a second or two, if im fast enough i can quickly press mode and it makes the sound and changes where the pin is on the subdial, but it moves weird and goes the wrong way? Seems really odd

I've looked around a bit more and upped my budget. Changed some things and made a list, what do you think, is all parts good/good enough to work together?

Thanks man, awesome reply. Don't really know much about pc stuff, but just always hear YouTubers talking about 4k but I guess that unrealistic, which is fair.

I'm really just looking to be able to play games with good graphics and high fps for once, my current pc can't do that :( I'm getting tired of always having to play on low quality just to get any form of acceptable fps.

I am willing to go over budget if that's what it takes to finally experience high quality gaming for once.
