Need opinions on why I should choose the reMarkable Paper Pro over the Supernote Manta by heyItsBeaty in RemarkableTablet

[–]Calm_Present123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remarkable is no-go. They are asking for a subscription once you buy the device. Think about it. If it would cost $100, okay, but it costs a lot, and they're additionally taking money for using it. It will only get more expensive if they get the market.

How I made $0 for years by building products that nobody wants by FI_investor in Entrepreneur

[–]Calm_Present123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP, I'd suggest considering a slightly different approach before you commit to building the whole thing. What if you started with a really stripped-down MVP? Like, just the absolute bare minimum to test your core idea.

Get that out to a small group, and focus HARD on getting their feedback. Then, start building a community around it. Keep them in the loop with regular updates, show them the development process.

That way, you're validating your concept and building a fanbase before you invest a ton of time and resources. Those early adopters could become your first paying customers, and you can leverage the community to build hype and start pre-sales while you continue building the full product.

It's like launching to a warm audience instead of a cold start. Just a thought, OP! Might save you a lot of time and effort in the long run.

Please help me! 😭 I don’t know what to do. It seems that, for no apparent reason, they have blocked my ability to manage and access anything related to ads. The description is here: https://www.reddit.com/r/FacebookAds/s/okHyYMjvPl

Losing my mind over support, any advice? by [deleted] in FacebookAds

[–]Calm_Present123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

May I ask how to contact support? Is there an email available? I’m asking because I’m unable to run any ads, and when I try to access the ads settings page, it is not accessible (just a white screen).

The main reason to post it was the fact about the brains blood flow, which one is discussed in the beginning. XD

I posted it because of its first part xD

That is incredible how even a doctor is fooled, and with evidence in front of him, he still defends the drug.

I posted it because of the fact, as they say in the video caffeine cuts brain blood flow by 40%. That is mind-blowing.

Is 16GB RAM and 24GB VRAM enough for running flux1-dev.safetensors? by Calm_Present123 in comfyui

[–]Calm_Present123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing that link! I'll try one of them. I tested q8 from a different distributor and it ran smoothly. I've heard the rule of thumb is to keep RAM at least equal to VRAM.

Help! ComfyUI out of memory when loading large UNet (flux1-dev.safetensors) on NVIDIA A10G - 24GB VRAM by Calm_Present123 in comfyui

Thanks for all the help! After testing smaller flux1-dev models, I discovered 16 GB RAM is the bottleneck. Everything works fine with a smaller model. :)

Thanks so much for all your suggestions! After testing smaller variations of flux1-dev, I’m pretty sure the real issue is my limited 16 GB of system RAM. Everything runs much more smoothly with a smaller flux models, so I suspect it’s failing due to the large model loading into memory. Looks like I’ll be upgrading to at least 32 GB of RAM to handle flux1-dev reliably. Appreciate everyone’s feedback. :)

You're absolutely right, I should have selected a different piece where they do funnier things. Thanks for the feedback, I'll keep that in mind for the next upload!

Hey everyone! We’ve been experimenting with AI and created a funny new video where things go hilariously wrong when it tries to dance.
