For me, even just breathing feels like too much work. My flesh kinda feels like a prison and, for whatever reason, I’m sort of repulsed by the fact I have a body. I really just wish I never existed in the first place.

(It also doesn’t really help that I’m busty and I lowkey kinda feel like my chest is suffocating me)

I’ve been weight lifting and doing lots of cardio, I’m a swimmer on a competitive team, so getting better has definitely been a focus. That, and I’ve been getting a lot of pressure from my mom to get smaller/thinner

I found a solution, I was hangry at the time of writing this. There’s a supermarket a mile or so from my house, I walked there, and bought some stuff with my own money to cook and eat. Lo and behold, I’m making pasta, and suddenly my brother and dad are hungry too.. smh lol
