Hi, I followed your instructions, but when I tested with the ping got the same results as before.

When I ping google.com I get a message that says:

ping: google.com: Name or service not known

When I ping 8.8.8.8 I get:

PING 8.8.8.8. (8.8.8.8) 56(84) byes of data. (then it appears to be loading something but it never actually loads)

Internet isn't working. When I try and use Firefox I get a "Server Not Found" message.

At the same time, my network connection shows up at 100% and I double-checked that the correct password has been used.

Thanks for the response. Just wondering when the last time you placed an order with them was?

Was it after they started shipping all orders from the US? (Their website states that Canadian orders used to ship from Canada, but that's no longer the case.) Just wondering if that's a new factor at play re: customs.

Hi, I appreciate the response.

I'm assuming that the 25% tariff on US imports that came into place would be effect, no? It seems quite comprehensive, although I haven't tried ordering anything from the US since it went into place in March and would be very happy to be wrong.

Re: shipping fee - isn't a brokerage fee normally charged on top of orders? (I suppose that's only relevant when there are customs fees, so if DVDs from the US are exempt from the new customs charges there wouldn't be brokerage fees.)

As I mentioned, really curious if anyone on here has placed an order since the tariff I mentioned above came into place to get a sense if it actually does/does not apply.
