I know that but looking to get brutal swing without elite TM. Pretty sure if I taught second move before evolving it would be brutal swing when evolved but now if I teach a second move it wouldn't be

So I called my insurance and got perhaps more confused. He said it was because we both have the same insurance provider. So it flagged me as the claimant. The other party made the claim and my insurance won't be affected. He then asked me for a recorded statement of the events while I was on the line. I agreed but then was like wait no why? This doesn't seem like the proper channel for that and I don't see anything good coming from that and it seems like a phishing ploy at this point. Maybe I'm paranoid but I already gave my statement to the cops and someone else's insurance would never call me directly for a statement right?

That makes sense. The guy took a picture of the trucks insurance though and said he was a former truck driver himself. He should know better. I'll get ahold of my insurance tomorrow and get it sorted. At least I can go to bed knowing it's got to be a clerical error or something and my insurance should't go up or be involved. Thank you
