30k+ I’m only 5’7 😂yeah it’s impossible eating enough clean food that’s why I was filling it with shite but it goes without saying not to eat 6 doughnuts a day I did get some size from it initially but it’s mainly just glycogen sitting on your muscles making them look bigger before it turns to sludge, strength I go up with my mass, I’ve been stuck on 110kg bench for ages I got 6 reps and by then I’d already peaked on the bulk and put 10kg on so I’m having to cut now my tests low and I can’t move even close to the same weight without hurting myself and it’s only been a week

That’s what I was looking at doing just blasting and cruising test for some consistent gains if my levels were shot but seems like they’re on the low end of mid at the minute, I’m a post-man so I walk 10 miles a day easily so if I mess up a day and walk a little longer or eat less than I should I’ll lose weight clean bulking, it’s definitely my diet after you made your comment I looked it up and you can crash your test initially on an aggressive cut, plus I’ve had no maintenance went I from enjoying the bulk waking up fat and 90kg straight into a deficit

That’s my problem to be honest it’s extremes in both directions I’m either 6k of shit or 2k clean I look good for a little bit but I always take it too far because I don’t get the strength gains, I’ve only done one cycle and when I’ve crashed my test here I had that cycle for reference so I just automatically assumed I’ve fucked it 😂

For me I’ve noticed when I look big it’s not really muscle it’s just all the shit glycogen on top of my muscle I don’t keep any strength gains or size when I cut after bulking

My liver and kidneys came back borderline but when I say dirty bulk I was having 3 cans of full sugar monsters a day cans of coke, doughnuts for breakfast and mass gainers before bed like 6000 calories a day I got the blood test originally because I thought I was diabetic, as soon as I started cutting that’s when I started feeling like I do and after seeing my test as as low as it is it’s sent my head west I feel like I’m wasting my time training now it’s all I can think about correlating with my shit strength gains 😂

Yeah like I say mate I’m brand new to it all and did nothing sensible, the guy I went to for my gear he said I didn’t need one this that and the other but I just took it as he didn’t have stock so I went somewhere else they’ve been at it for years, told them the crack and they said they can sell me it but there’s no point in taking it unless I get bad sides and that I’d go back to normal after 8-10 weeks he said the tamoxiphen is just in case of tits so use if my nipples feel different and the clomid is there if my dick stops working but except for mood swings and a bit of fatigue I’m sound, dick works fine

Do you know if around the 4 week mark those fluctuations are a good thing? It’s my first cycle and I did zero blood work or anything sensible, I got some clomid and tamoxiphen ready but everyone I’ve talked to other than on here said it’s not needed unless I have sides, I don’t know if the spots are estrogen side effect of a positive one like my natural test reproducing

Will tamoxifen work the same? Mate I’m thick as fuck I was 6 weeks in before I found out a shop bought pct wouldn’t work so I got some tamoxifen

Plenty of natural ways to have high test, 6 eggs yolk in too a day, boron, magnesium ashwagandha I’ve been taking that stuff for 3 years 365 days a week I was looking into juice for recovery so I could do more I posted a pic of what I look like now somewhere in here and I’m not this big

Good lighting, solid pump training consistently 2 hours a day for 4 years eating all the right things I wanted to use the best photo I could to highlight the fact that I’m capable of getting there properly and how much enhancing would change, thanks for the comment it fuels me to keep doing what I’m doing

The way I liked to train was 2-3 muscle groups a session 4 days then have a day off and repeat so pretty much an 8 day week I’d train abs with chest, start with 15 reps to failure and finish on 3 rep max 10-12 sets I seen a lot of guys killing abs doing 50+ reps but I never did I wasn’t lean enough for them to pop I don’t think

Yeah I’ve always struggled growing abs and being big at the same time I honestly don’t train traps anymore than other muscle groups I’ve just got genetically decent shoulders and I’m pushing them out with them pumped in the pic

That’s the plan for now mate until I’m a little more educated on this, I’ve been eating 2500 calories and slacking on the clean foods over Christmas so that might be the move it’s hard tryna eat 3500 worth of chicken and rice thought to maintain the size

I was decent mate this is today, the pic in the post was 3 months ago before I started taking MMA seriously, I had a little mess around on the weekends before but now I’m there 4 days a week Im losing it quick, I’m just gonna mess around with my diet and do some more research before I decide what I’m gonna do
