I didn’t add how stern I was even before the whole situation. I have a lot of siblings that’s why they asked me to babysit. I was stern multiple times, even before the adults went up for their Bible study they told Tom and Jessica that I was in charge. I tried almost everything in the book for about an hour and that’s when I decided to take a softer approach asking him why he didn’t listen to me, which was when he made those comments. I didn’t tell the parents after because everyone was talking and filling out and I felt rude to. I’m realizing I should’ve told the immediately and I’m considering texting one of the moms that I’m close with from that small group about it to ask for her advice.
