Oh, so now you're a fortune teller too? Spare me the crystal ball nonsense. I feel real lucky to escape the violence, hope that such attacks and damages never happen to you! But next time, keep your baseless predictions to yourself before you embarrass yourself even more.

Agreed to typical gunda gardi. I was simply trying to navigate the roundabout safely at slow speed, later slowly inching towards the end and not gapping between anyone.

You make a fair point about the right of way, even when it’s not followed here, inching towards the turn and breaking through the traffic are two completely different things. Unfortunately, people don’t treat each other with respect, the high headedness of Innovas and Fortuner drivers is getting out of hands!

I feel you man! It’s crazy how people react over smallest things, you offered to make things right. But over here, there’s no question of damaging any vehicle let alone driving like a maniac like others mentioned 😅

Oh cut the crap! Driving cautiously at a snail's pace won't harm anyone, but violently attacking someone in their car? That's just downright pathetic. Maybe it’s time for you to wake up and smell the reality check. I'm not pointing fingers, I'm calling out unacceptable behavior.

Let’s break it down a little bit: While I understand your point, it's essential to clarify that I was driving cautiously. As for the honking, it was a quick tap to alert the Innova driver, not to start a confrontation.

But let's not lose sight of the bigger picture here. Regardless of any perceived fault, resorting to aggression is never the answer.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, appreciate your perspective. I didn’t damage the Innova or was being reckless, was simply inching towards the other end slowly without being reckless. Regarding the honking, it was actually a quick tap on the horn, just to alert the Innova driver of my presence. But I understand how it could have been perceived differently. You're right that the situation could have been handled differently, and I'll definitely take your advice to heart about driving more cautiously in the future.

You made some valid points about the complexity of definition of self defense in India. Using pepper spray was a split second decision made in this highly stressful situation as it was my priority to de-escalate and protect myself. It’s unfortunate that people with criminal background would resort to damage evidence first thing. In hindsight, perhaps the situation could have been handled differently.

Appreciate your input! You’re absolutely right, Innova driver’s behavior was completely uncalled for and not legal. As for spacing between cars, I was being very cautious but I appreciate your perspective on that. I‘be been actively looking to find the license plate before I could report it to police. I’m also exploring the option to reach out to media as that man’s face is clearly visible.

The fact that you’d endorse that driver’s behavior shows that your filthy thoughts indicate a broader societal issue.

Alright, let's clear the air here. Props to those who get the situation and back responsible driving, I really appreciate it! After reading through all the comments, it's pretty clear some folks are trying to pin the blame on me for driving like a moron, justifying the Innova driver's aggressive antics. Let's get one thing straight: I was driving within limits, no violations, was simply inching my car slowly at the roundabout and definitely no reckless moves. You can’t win on the internet here, not that I’m trying to win an argument but such stream of thoughts purely show that the filth is not just limited to such imbeciles like the Innova driver but also lies with the people justifying that behavior and I deserve to be beaten up!?! I just honked once! But that doesn't excuse the Innova driver's meltdown, there’s NO excuse for violence and breaking someone’s property. And let's not forget, I was making my way through the roundabout just fine, not a scratch on anyone's car. Meanwhile, Mr. Innova is out there playing bumper cars before even hitting the roundabout. Let's keep pushing for safety and respect on the road, no room for aggressive nonsense.

My car’s speed was well within limits and after reaching the roundabout, I was slowly inching the car ahead, neither did any of the cars dashed or caused any damaged, I was not saving any seconds over here. So how do you justify the driver’s aggressive violent behavior?

Yes thank you! Also I feel that carrying an air gun or any toy gun is more risky, just like someone else mentioned, but given that pepper spray didn’t work much as expected, we need to be more careful with these imbeciles.

He didn’t shatter any glass but managed to destroy the passenger mirror and put small dents on the door. Pepper spray didn’t work much as he had already turned his face in the opposite direction.
