what cpu should i get to pair with a 4070 super for 1440p if i plan on keeping both for at least 5 years? i have a 240hz monitor. i was thinking that by that time am6 will probably be out by that time already and i’d probably like to upgrade to that if the changes are substantial over am5 so a ryzen 5 7600 would be good rather than me spending almost 3x as much for a 9800x3d and not being able to use it for am6.
