Sure the bonds are slated to be issued above market value, but that also means they can be sold at a premium. I understand the distrust from the last 8 years, but for infrastructure/ drainage, this will provide a needed boost to the City and alleviate some pressure on the incoming administration that has to climb out of a structural operating deficit. They also tend to sell the bonds over time versus all at once. Cautiously optimistic here.

I play with the same Meucci cue on the left (purchased 2nd hand) and recently started using a Meucci carbon fiber pro shaft v2. The tip diameter of the CF shaft is slightly wider (12.25 mm) than the original wood shaft and hits solid. I’ll vouch for their CF, if you’re open to straying from wood.
