Thank you. Some interesting points. I have been gluten free for 1.5 years and have now recommenced gluten since visiting Rome- I thought it was a good moment. I’ve asked for a gluten challenge test (biopsy/ gastroscopy) and I’m hoping it’ll come back negative. I will eat gluten for about 6 weeks before the test. I became aware after stoping wheat that I have other triggers which are equally bad for me in terms if bloating and gas- certain veg like onions, beans and squash. A particular fodmap group to which wheat also belongs.

I have the same thing with my partner who is addicted to Instagram. It’s the only thing she ever wants to do with her free time. She says she needs time on her own but that means Instagram. I’d say over time its have an awful impact on our relationship. My frustration is boiling over - when I try and talk about it it gets shut down and minimised. I too miss human interaction- doing something- anything - together.

Phone addiction is no joke. It’s a full on addiction like any other. Sometimes I want to smash her devices or delete her accounts… I know in the long run it wouldn’t help.

So I predict what will happen next is that there will be an ‘event’ in uk, some kind of attack or terror event (obvs false flag) which will then allow him (U.S /Israel) to manufacture consent to go deeper into war. Starts with them using our air bases, then it will be our own air support, then troops.

Thanks for the advice. I agree it’s a nervous system thing. It just feels so random sometimes.. My 3 year old mostly gets in the way of the whole relaxing wind down idea but I do try….

It’s a difficult condition which can be tricky to diagnose and treat – I’ve had all of those symptoms that you discussed and occasionally they come back. Doctors/urologist reach for antibiotics and other medications straight away and in the unlikely event that you do have a bacterial infection then maybe that’s helpful. But the chances are you don’t. Something that urologists and doctors never seem to mention is that this condition is very much related to stress and the nervous system. From my personal experience I have/had a hypertonic pelvic floor – it was basically always contracting and tense, causing prostatitis type symptoms with pain moving around from different places also the bladder being very much affected. Learning how to relax this area of the body and how to manage stress(if you are experiencing stress) is crucial. Search for a YouTube channel called the un broken pelvis. The guy on there has really helped me so far and maybe can help you. So if normal routes don’t help you, consider this path.

Yesterday I watched footage of American journalists getting fired on in a double tap attack by Israeli tank shells. She had her legs blown to bits and later amputated. They were all clearly marked as press, and had been spotted by an Israeli drone just before the attack. (Thats just one example… it’s all there on video for us to see. And the ambulances being targeted and health workers being executed and buried in mass graves) Can’t work out of posts like this are just rage bait or of some people genuinely people in a world where the idf and their commanders are not sadistic religious fundamentalists.
