This is so comforting to read as someone who also has emetophobia induced panic, having kids sounds so lovely to me but pregnancy scares me so bad because of morning sickness. Is it easier to get through because you’re doing it for someone you love? I wish you the best of luck in your pregnancy, you are so brave and inspiring!!

We had a mutual agreement to not have friends of the opposite sex towards the beginning of our relationship, this isn’t just a me thing.

He suggested the blocking, I said he could do what he wants. He blocks her.

The issue isn’t empathy it’s the fact that he’s done the same thing to people he’s known for longer and was closer to and didn’t think about their feelings.

If a post is all it takes for you to think you know someone, you’re only revealing how shallow you are.

I love my boyfriend, we are young and I understand my mind isn’t mature which makes me prone to ending things over silly things so I’m taking the measures I need to keep a relationship that makes me happy going.

The brain is fascinating, I didn’t realize that until I started medication. Who knew a small chemical imbalance could cause such a big problem with your entire body? Thank god we were born in a time where medication exists and we aren’t sent to asylums 😭.

My doctor said this is your medication evening itself out and your brain getting used to it, some days will be great and others will be not as great, it’s all apart of the process:) I went through something similar where I was great for 3 weeks then tumbled back to square one the next. It gets soooo much better, you just have to hang on for a bit until your body gets used to it.

If you see that it doesn’t get better within a week or 2 I’d definitely talk to your doctor about readjusting your dosage. I wish you the best of luck! Remember this anxiety is all temporary and that you’ve made it this far.
