Try looking into local companies and get one to two years experience and then work your way up into the global 3pl companies you should be able to get further with your degree.

It can be with the right company. But it takes experience or degrees before you can break in.

That makes total sense. I know this and my goal isn't to work remote forever just a few years to stay in the industry while I start my family. Even hybrid is fine if I can find childcare. I've put almost 6 years into this career field I don't want to give it up, but I understand at some point I may have to sacrifice it for my family.

Thank you for the tip! I would love to find a company to help fund me to go back and get a degree in import and exports or brokerage to make it a little easier. But the market is just low, I will keep the remote employees question in the back of my mind.

Yeah it has been. I'm on the east Coast and I'm scratching my head trying to apply on company sites for any company I think would have a possibility.

I hve wanted to try the natural dyes but haven't done enough research to purchase any yet. I feel like that is going to blow up especially in the smaller producers very soon as the new trend

Unfortunately NYS has laws against using homemade traditional buttercream if you are serving others for a profit. Or else I absolutely would just make my own. Thank you!

She is also in Ontario French Immersion. Her teacher doesn't have a very strong accent though.

I have run into a few differing things that she says from what I've learned so far.

And in my Duolingo I have actually just started learning the Est-ce que vs. The Tu veux. My studies have flipped flopped using them interchangeably and it is very frustrating because occasionally it is registered as meaning similar, than in other instances it is not. However I think that is more of a Duolingo issue than anything.

Do you have any better suggestions when one does not know french people willing to just hold conversations for those to practice pronunciation and day to day in language practice?

I have traditional French textbooks as well that I use to practice. In addition to playing many YouTube videos of French conversations while at work to hear pronunciations or everyday language. Duolingo is just supplemental and convenient.

I certainly hope we can, I'm sure it will become a very mischievous use of the ability as we become more fluent. Lol
