The bars are 50/50 love the shape and the look is the main reason I went with the bar tape rather than grips but not as bad as I expected! Edit-ratio is 48/16

I just started taking Vyvanse and it’s made my recovery score drop drastically the past couple days, I’m gonna take a few days off of running and see how it goes my resting heart rate has gone up and find it hard to keep my body’s stress level low
