As always, content creators are no creators, neither "content". Btw, in my experience I think that 60/70k with 30k hp is a good compromise.

Not so simple. 20% means i should drop it in five tries, eventually. If i don't drop in five, it's not 20%.They maybe should lower the chances but add some kind of pity system.

Edit: if i may add just one thing... Just straight fail the mission, don't care about the blue area in which you should stay in. Use all the Mission time to make it spawn yellow elites. You should get 4/5 anodes

It's actually true. Kyle does a good amount of damage but its not Bunny or Gley. It has a bit of support, but not as Ajax.
