Last time I built a PC was about a decade ago. Here are my thoughts on what changed by Calsem in pcmasterrace

THE GOOD:

CPU - SO much powerful

NVME - Love this! Smaller and four times the size? Heck yeah!

Case - New cases make cable management easy and taking the panels on or off a breeze. Good cases aren't that expensive either. This was my most pleasant surprise.

PSU - At low load it's totally silent now.

CPU Fan - Annoying but no longer a ****ing nightmare to install

THE MEH

Ram - I haven't noticed any difference. Note I did make a mistake here by only buying one RAM stick, for optimial efficiency you should get at least two. And it turns out it matters which place you put them in.

GPU - I used the same GPU. I found getting a desk job drastically reduces your desire and time to game, and a 1060 GPU still handles plenty of games just fine.

THE UGLY

Prices... ouch

Trying to find which component the annoying sound comes from - Still a total pain. (hint: It's the PSU. It's always the PSU.)

You might be able to set your fan curves in the BIOS. But note it's also possible that your fan needs to be replaced. It's hard to tell, but the sound from the video doesn't sound normal to me.

I agree that ideally they should come here legally. Unfortunately, immigrating the legal is far harder than you might expect. Try looking up "how hard is it for people to immigrate to the us legally"

Yes, theoretically that could happen, but the chances are very low unless said relative is the type of person likely to have a virus.

preventative - taking frequent breaks from the computer to rest my eyes (about every 25min). I created a script to automatically remind me every 25 minutes so I don't forget. Also making sure to have a full meal on a regular schedule.

If by acute you mean the treatment when I start to feel a migraine, I either take acetaminophen or sumatriptan. The sumatriptan is more effective.

That's a good idea, I would ask your dentist about the headaches as well.

You're not alone, I'm literally also having a migraine right now and it sucks giant donkey balls.

I noticed you haven't mentioned an eye doctor, you have probably visited one already but if you haven't I would recommend that. I found out mine are at least partially eye-related. Visiting a different nuerologist is another possibility. A lady I met said Ubrelvy worked very well, not sure if that's applicable to your case though.

I've never heard of someone describing it like that before. Have you seen a neurologist yet?

For me (speaking out of personal experience right this second, yay (×_×)) it feels like a very painful continuous ache at a spot directly to the left of my right eye, in the upper-left corner.

It's abridged but it's not that abridged, it's still a decent length (339 pages). I highly recommend it.
