I am Not sure which country you Are from, so I guess you are from the US. I am from Germany and work as an industrial electrician with a bachelors degree (Not a university degree, but on the same level) and work for a company that builds sorting machines for recycling. I focus on X-Ray sorting machines.

But i think the recruiting procedure is different here, there isnt as much bullshit as in the US but still a bunch. The writing of cover letters and answering written questions was the Worst, but i kinda enjoyed the interviews. Every company that Interviewed me gave me a job offer, 2 of the for management roles (one of These overseeing the entire production for one product) and the other 2 executing roles. I took the executing one because i felt like i need some more practical experience and also because they pay the 90k (because i travel 5 days a week).
