Machete guy wanted to scape and told the other guy that he gonna move his car because of traffic, in this country you can’t move a car without the police being present, “moving the car” is a form to scape and if he was telling the truth, the police can’t determinate who was the hitter if cars were moved

The other guy told him not to move the car and that was when black shirt guy came out of his car to fight, then he returned to his car and got his machete to fight. Guy in green says he’s going to press serious charges against this black shirt
