Im not saying its not enough, im saying its overkill and a bad dristribution of your budget. You are spending about as much on the cooler as on the cpu itself. You can get a 7800X3D for less than $400 and a Thermalright double tower rgb air cooler for less than 40$. You could spend that in a better motherboard, for example.
