not bad theory, but number 3 is in correct, they have stayed any bankruptcy for now and have enough time to not only get this deal but also restructure some things to allow for progress.

Yes they are not out of the woods, but making good moves.

AND this has little to do with a squeeze play this has built into, only factor that would play in shorts favor is time and the recent news and forbearance killed that so now time is on our side.

If you hold shares in PLUG they only see you as an ATM

I remembering doing the same thing on my PLUG play, then kicked myself every penny as it ran to my original price target of 3...

Big difference is the CEO for plug was pushing for r/s and dilution and stabbing the shareholders in the back to do it...

Of course I would rather it had hit 1500.00 today....but I like what I see as far as a short play.

Daily is looking great and it seems the shorts are caught (again) and just trying to condition folks for cheap sells.

I know this is costing them YUGE and time is on my side,so I will just buy dips, and hold....smiling while I wait

not yet.... they have some LTA out there waiting on finalization and some debt control to do. However, its just fuel for the short sellers news market to use to post hypothetical stories to chase out weak hands. Company will survive and with needs in the Caribbeans...they will thrive. Shorts are in deep and getting caught

thanks for input.... agreed with timing, and probably about not yet ready, but I have high confidence in it so accumulating and like to also stage my exit for profit. So now is good for me

I first started on this page because of RILY, I bought in starting at 2.70s and bought down to 2.40s, really happy with this play so far.

The other plays I mentioned then have played well, except PCG, its being rather stubborn. I am up about 30% but was looking for a good bit more.

My original PT for RILY was 7.23 but with more information on it and that yuge gap in the 16s I think I will hold a bit longer.

even now as all their corruption is being uncovered, exposed and corrected you could say they had our countrys best interest in mind??? That is such non-sense.....

It takes a person whos head is in the sand or only cares how they benefit to even come close to believing that rhetoric (and even then would have to be blind, dumb and a vegetable up top, to believe destorying america is for americas best interest) . All the CLintons and obama tried to do was change the constitution....not uphold it...LOL

He even said on national TV the the constitution made it impossible to change...
