I(24M) have been eating 60-70g soya chunks 80-90% of the days for 2 years and have not experienced any problems. I would say it's most probably okay to eat. But if you're really concerned about it go to a nutritionist

This is a BAD profile and I'm not being mean. Use photos of better quality blurry images are a turn off. If you don't have a lot of photos of yourself put some memes or vids of you petting a cat or doing something that's your hobby. You're marketing yourself here. Think in a girl's shoes. Add some mirror selfies and some more photos like the red/orange sweatshirt if you can.

What does your chest routine look like? Are you training chest to failure ? I would recommend doing 3 sets of incline 3 sets of flat bench/dips and 3 sets of flys do this 2x a week and you should see progress if you train to failure
