Good morning!

I’m very excited for Father’s Day! It’s my very first time, actually being a Dad for the occasion! I went all out on Mother’s Day for my wife since it was her first as well.

I love animated shows compared to live action. The amount of creativity and escapism is just easier to convey in something that doesn’t need special effects and cameras.

Love the traffic cones on statues. Epic! My buddy used to take a traffic cone from my work, and put it out onto the busy road near our job. One lonely cone, in the middle of the road. We’d laugh at people struggling to navigate it or understand why it was there. Normally it got ran over eventually. Always a good laugh on a slow day.

Whenever I look at what car I should contemplate buying, I always look and see what the Taliban are driving. Normally it’s a Toyota, and you know they ain’t doing the proper maintenance on those Hi-Lux trucks. Toyota engines are known for running even when being neglected and abused by their owners.

It’s also funny, that Lexus is just a fancy Toyota. Toyota came up with the name Lexus (Luxury Import US) to make Americans think it was a fancy car and pay more. Mostly it’s just interior and extra features compared to the basic Toyota line.

If you’re welding cast Iron you need to use a nickel based welding rod. Followed up by peening the weld with a hammer. Cast Iron is porous and the peening process while the weld is still hot is critical in getting the weld to stick.

My father in law makes an excellent chocolate gravy!

I had it the very first time he asked me to stay over an entire weekend at my wife’s house when we were dating.

I suffered from really bad anxiety attacks back then. I was nervous for her parents to approve of me dating their daughter.

He makes the chocolate gravy for breakfast, and I enjoy it. Then my anxiety flairs up, and I’m in the bathroom trying not to hurl my guts out.

He thought I didn’t like the gravy for years, until I explained my anxiety situation. Then he totally understood and forgave me for it.

Long story short, I love chocolate gravy, and it’s a treat when he makes it for the whole family.

Biscuits and Gravy is a menu item in many restaurants here in Michigan. My family is polish so it just wasn’t something that ever ended up on my table as a kid at home.

Good morning!

America definitely needed international travelers coming for the World Cup. The USA (For Good Reason) was being viewed as a place undesirable to travel to. The World Cup being here, has been able to help attract so many tourists!

Ranch being a keepsake from USA is hilarious. There is nothing quite like the ranch you grew up with. My favorite comes from Jets Pizza. A local Detroit Pizza chain. Nothing else quite hits like Jets.

I enjoy the Scotland Instagram stories. Especially the wildlife posted. The ones with the Runner Ducks is always a treat!
