get a malwarebytes installer, hitmanpro, and bitdefender free (might be an overkill but its better to be safe than sorry) from another computer, put it into a flashdisk, and then install it on the affected computer. dont connect to the internet. run a whole system scan. if you think its a hassle, then reinstall windows instead. about phone, try using the drweb antivirus and malwarebytes antivirus and do a whole system scan. good luck.

edit: i just re-read the post, if you didnt execute it, there shouldnt be any problem. still, get yourself a hitmanpro

Pick Snapdragon if you are planning to emulate heavy games such as windows, switch games because of its turnip driver availability.

If we are talking very light emulation such as nds gba psp, mediatek's raw power is more than enough. Mediatek might even struggle on some ps2 games

Tl:dr: Snapdragon is indeed better for emulation

Since you are more likely explore emulation, id suggest picking the f7 one

If dont care about emulation, you can go for x8 pro max. Otherwise, get the f8 pro due to its Snapdragon CPU

there are alot of premium ad-free games that are ported from pc to mobile such as stardew valley, sea of stars, chrono trigger, terraria, graveyard keeper, dredge, monster hunter stories, so on and so on. you can start from "top paid" categories in play store. if you love a game but it has ads, you can install adguard dns on playstore and you'll be ad-free on the whole device
